I find Buffer the easiest social media management tool out of all. I can post my social media posts all at once from one platform. Not only this, I can also schedule the posts via Buffer individually.
Another best feature that I love using is Buffer toolbar (extension). The toolbar makes it easy to check how my posts are doing on the various social media posts. Also, I can directly jump to the website from the toolbar and take a look at detailed analytics of each post.
I can queue more than one post on it at a single time and schedule it separately for each post on each social media platform. This saves me a lot of time and effort. Attaching various media items to the posts is quite quick and easy. I highly recommend it as I have been using it for 3 years now and I wouldn't want to use any other tool after using Buffer.
I am a big fan of Slack since the day 1. I have been using Slack from past 3 years and there's never a dull moment with it. With Slack app on the phone it is like I am conveniently carrying my entire workspace with me where I go, making my life so much easy.
I can stay in touch with my team, check my tasks, update my tasks, discuss on them or even collaborate with my google docs and finish small tasks like editing all from one app and that too while I am on the go.
Also, i love using other features like channels, threads and espcially its reminder feature. I simply set a reminder and the Slackbot will remind me or anybody from my team whom I have tagged to do a particular thing/task on a stipulated date and time. Isn't that awesome!
You can upload documents, pictures and videos as well on it, making it easier for the team to communicate with different media files as well.
So I guess it is certainly a great messaging app to use for software development companies whether big or small.
Thanks for asking this question.
Before I discuss the software that is best suitable for inventory control. Let me tell you why inventory control is important.
Inventory is usually considered asset in business as well as accounting, but did you know that it is also considered as liability. ever wondered why? that's because inventory comes at cost and that just doesn't end when we buy the stock. In fact, the costing on inventory starts when you buy the stock...the warehousing cost, the facilities, and equipment required for storing specific kinds of stock, taking extra care for maintaining expensive stocks, etc. due to all these costings involved in maintaining the inventory, it is called a liability too. Therefore, it is essential to keep appropriate control over the inventory that a business uses since, the costing of keeping the inventory should not exceed so much that it can impact badly on the profits of the business.
Now talking of inventory control software, I think Orderhive is the most suitable one for controlling inventory. I say this because here are some of the essential inventory control features that Orderhive can take care of efficiently and that too at an affordable price.
1. Do stock counting of multiple warehouses on one centralized system.
2. Set a threshold quantity, also called the stock-out threshold, is the minimum count of an item you keep on hand.
3. The inventory below the threshold level is termed as "Low stock" in Orderhive.
4. Orderhive also allows you to transfer stock of products from one warehouse to another warehouse.
5. Manage bundled products
6. update stock in bulk
7. Quick stock and price adjustment
8. Manage back orders
and many more features.
Hence, Orderhive has all the features that will improve your inventory control and turn your inventory more of an asset than a liability.
