On November 1st, 1982 the doors of Ginger's Telephone Answering Service were opened in Hartford, Connecticut, with one switchboard and very little sleep. Over the next few years with continued growth, we were able to add a few more switchboards. In the early 1990's as business continued to grow, we added the first generation of computerized equipment. From that moment on, we realized that the future of the answering service industry was on an upward swing. Years later to keep up with this technological world, we changed our name to Prime Communications. We continue to offer our clients the latest high-tech features available.
