Review Summary

I hired this company to upgrade a Magento 1.9 to 2.25 project. I funded the project upfront for $6,000.
The original 2 programmers on the project were able to perform basic Magento work, but anything that required customization was way beyond their ability. After months of frustration I demanded these programmers be removed from the project. They fired them and found another higher qualified programmer. The second guy slowly, but consistently, worked until the project was completed.
I lost more than half of all my customers because the web site was so screwed up.
The company also blamed a lot of problems on an extension provider. Yes, the extension provider had a problem. However I-futurz should have done a work-around or tried harder to communicate with extension company.
IFuturz must have spent 8 to 9 months and lost a lot of money on my project.
I lost my business.
Stay away!

What service was provided as part of the project?

Web Development

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They work on Saturdays to make all weeks a 40 hours week. Now holiday crap! The project managers are ok people.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

They need to fire the bottom half of their programming staff and only re-hire people with experience, not people with a piece of paper and no experience.
