Goals of the project: Ensure security of currency transactions and provide users with the most convenient and user-friendly interface, so that even a novice can use the app. 

Challenges: In this project, the main issue was the security of the application. For fintech products, it is very important that user data is reliably protected. That's why we suggested using the industry's best practices, ensuring security at the bank level. 

Solutions: 

• Created a cryptocurrency wallet;
• Developed Contact Book of Wallet Users;
• Made QR code transfers available;
• Configured Shake-to-pay functionality (rub your smartphone to make an instant transaction to the user closest to you);
• Implemented algorithms to detect and fix vulnerabilities in the application;
• Provided database coding;
• Built a community from the ground up, with thousands of active users.

Goals of the project: It was necessary to create a convenient system for investing in DeFi. The basis of the platform is an aggregator of data from exchanges, which makes it possible to find the best bid and buy it in one click. In addition, the platform should allow one to easily manage one's crypto-portfolio and track all changes in the rate of cryptocurrencies.

Challenges: Difficulties were in the interconnection of the Bridge (Bridge transfer of tokens between networks), as well as the fault tolerance of services, taking into account the peculiarities of the blockchain and nodes.

Solutions: 

• Creation of Bridge mechanism to transfer tokens between networks;
• Implementation of SDK for working with services of the project;
• Adaptation of service architecture for scaling;
• Execution of multipurpose network scanning mechanism;
• Optimization of interaction between project services and blockchain.

Goals of the project: Our team was tasked with implementing a trading platform that would allow traders to monitor the current market situation in real time. At the same time, the ready solution had to control and keep the price of the pair within the average market price. It was also important to ensure the necessary liquidity of the market and the fastest possible purchase/sale of currencies. Ultimately, one of the key aspects was the safety and security of users' funds.

Challenges: The platform created its own cryptocurrency, BTCA, which needed promotion. There was also a difficulty in implementing a resource management system with flexible settings. The functionality had to allow role management, provide easy management of coins and trading pairs. Another important element of the project was the system for picking trades between users. It had to have a function to place different types of orders, both sell and buy.

Solutions: 

• Implemented a special logic of separation and isolation of individual parts of the project to ensure greater safety and integrity of the project;
• Introduced a proprietary mechanism of listing new coins and adding currency pairs;
• Uploaded its own order matching mechanism;
• Deployed trading robots for internal trading and for interaction with other exchanges to provide liquidity;
• Implemented admin area with a complex mechanism for role division and limiting the functionality of each role;
• Provided possibility of P2P translations within the exchanger;
• Implemented a proprietary secure mechanism for working with reserves via cloud nodes for higher security of exchange reserves;
• Developed progressive and tiered system of loyalty on the user commissions.

Goals of the project: Develop a convenient and fast wallet that allows both storing cryptocurrencies and exchanging them securely. It should combine the most popular and frequently used coins with the possibility to exchange them into fiat currency and to transfer funds into the necessary blockchain for a minimal fee. 

Challenges: Difficulties included multiple complex integrations with partners - scaling the main site, full transition of the engine to a REST API to cover the needs of the redesign of the main site and the new mobile application.

Solutions: 

• Creating a REST API based on the existing functionality;
• Adding additional technical features based on new requirements;
• Remodeling of the main site with changes in the technical stack;
• Integrating with selected partners;
• Embedding a new workflow on the management side.

Goals of the project: Develop a marketplace for travelers where the user can choose clothing from local brands while traveling, and all brand clothing is available on the site for purchase.

Challenges: The initial objective was to create an MVP version in two months. Then the challenge was to create a convenient but technically complicated delivery chain. And the additional challenge was to create a cost-effective buyback.

Solutions:

• Complex admin area that can manage many things on the site;

Goals of the project: The main goal of the service is to make life easier for many people for whom it is important to stay in touch, no matter what country they are in and no matter what payment system they use. That's why our team had a task to connect fiat and cryptocurrency wallets, provide multilingualism and implement a universal admin panel for convenient functionality management.

Challenges: We faced the challenges of integrating cryptocurrency wallets, implementing localization, and developing a universal admin panel for easy functionality management. But in the end, our team managed to accomplish all the tasks quite successfully.

Solutions:

• Implemented the basket;
• Developed a redesign;
• Added product filtering;
• Optimized and expanded SEO tools;
• Generated human-readable URLs;
• Implemented a new payment method via Binance and connected new distributors of goods and services;
• Introduced the ability to manually configure commissions for each distributor and product;

Goals of the project: The main goal of the project was to create a high-speed SaaS platform that allows you to manage personal finances and build a capital development strategy. 

Challenges: The main task was to test the functionality of FinAPI service to see what requests we can send and what we can receive. In addition, there were also tasks to add 2FA functionality to protect all user data from leaks, and we needed to develop unique logic to estimate fund income and expenses for several decades to come. 

Solutions: 

• Reworked the site after the previous team;
• Configured the ability to connect the site via API to all banks in Germany;
• Provided real-time synchronization with data from banks;
• Adapted the ability to track and analyze personal spending;
• Implemented smart sorting of expenses;
• Added expense reports;
• Tuned budgeting feature.

Goals of the project: The structure of this project proved to be unique compared to other e-commerce sites. We were tasked with developing a unique site with specific features that would cover the needs of our client and his customers. 

Challenges: The most challenging task of this project was to develop an innovative ring+stone customization designer interface. While the customer is trying to create the desired jewelry, a specific validation process checks whether the diamond chosen for the piece will fit. It was also a challenge to gather information about the stones from all the possible suppliers. The nuance is that each supplier has a different approach to structuring and uploading/sharing information. 

Solutions: 

• Made it possible to process a large array of information:  150,000 items from several vendors, updated every 15 minutes;
• Built custom ring builder;
• Set up integration with Alipay, Paypal, Adyen;
• Added product margin calculators to SRM;
• Provided the opportunity to manage through the CRM/CMS almost any content on the site.

Goals of the project: Develop applications to track rates: cryptocurrencies, shares of companies, personal banking. Which allows you to control your personal finances in one app and monitor the investment potential of popular destinations.

Challenges: The main task was to show a lot of financial data to users in real time, so that they could make decisions faster than others. In addition, we had to make it a high-performance application.

Solutions: 

• Developed cross-platform application;
• Implemented sophisticated API handling;
• Made it possible to pull transactions from the bank into the application;
• Configured display of real-time data on assets; 
• Configured iEx API for tracking crypto and stock assets
• Integrated sockets allowing users to get real-time information on changes in the crypto market
• Added Plaid API for tracking banking information (amount of money, payments, etc.).
• Established integration with Firebase, which allows faster completion of projects for hypothesis testing within a minimum budget.

Goals of the project: Creating a platform that provides the user with information about the past payment behavior of potential customers and buyers, and how long they are likely to pay their bills based on the experience of other vendors. 

Challenges: The main objective was to redesign the current website without losing current data and increase performance. Another challenge was to manage a huge database of internal companies and quickly search among them to find the right fit for the client's request.

Solutions: 

• Integrated Stripe;
• Redesigned and reworked the site;
• Utilized Laravel capabilities as well as a MySQL database to improve internal database performance;
• Increased conversion rates by redesigning the site's interface;
• Improved site load speed using React js.

Goals of the project: This project has great ambitions and requires a unique approach. Therefore, we were tasked with creating a site that provides the most comprehensible use. This required something non-trivial.

Challenges: Since the client's product has many modifications, the site must take this into account. In addition, the cost of the product differs depending on the region. As a result, the finished solution had to be able to choose a complete set and display the current price for it. 

Solutions: 

• Released a custom builder that helps you customize the motorcycle to fit you;
• Developed a complex formula to calculate the price (taking into account different parts/modifications, discounts, and different countries);
• Added multilingualism to the website: more than 20 languages;
• Enabled buying in almost all European currencies, dollars and Japanese yen;
• Implemented the system of discounts for dealers (different levels);
• Provided multilevel affiliate program for dealers;
• Modified administration panel to CRM level.

Goals of the project: As part of the development of the project, the main goal was to enable the user not only to view all the available accommodation options according to given parameters, but also to make a reservation. This required building a new architecture and changing the database.

Challenges: Since Balneo Travel receives all the necessary information about hotels and booking options from Terma Travel (the largest European tour operator in the spa tourism segment), one of the difficult tasks was to set up the site with Terma Travel so that the visitor does not feel delays when working with the Balneo Travel site.

Solutions: 

• Added possibility to choose transfer at the stage of booking with automatic recalculation of price;
• Provided a wide range of filters. As well as Smart filters that appear on the front of the search module.
