My role is to explore various ways to boost the growth of the company and employees with strategic planning and execution.

Basically, for a payment structure, we follow Fixed cost, Hourly basis, and monthly basis. Sometimes for complex and enterprise custom software development, we follow the pay per Milestone as well, but it completely depends on clients’ requirements and need.

Yes, we take projects only if they meet our basic minimum budget requirements. Our minimum budget threshold is $999 or more.

Our project's price range varies from a minimum of $1,589 to a maximum of $100,000 plus in 2020.

We are currently working as the majority a service-based company but in the next 2-3 years, we are shifting our focus on a hybrid business model which a combination of services and custom products revenue-based models.
