Review Summary

Things were in a terrible state when I reached out to Qubika (December Labs) as a last effort to recover. They were able to get down in the trenches with me, providing just the right mix of flexibility and rigor to achieve solid agile pace in a short window. If we had Qubika (December Labs)' 6 months (so far) at the beginning of our startup, we would be 2 years better on pace!

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Qubika (December Labs) cares about relationships, attitude, and hiring the right people for it's culture. It shows in the way they dive in and engage in productive ways with clients and difficult situations. They are more than qualified technically, but the real advantage is in their flexibility in ways of working.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Operations and Support for live production systems and the mechanics of that (support/ticket management, triage, etc.) would be a great addition for their capabilities.
