Review Summary

Spent thousands on an app with Mobileways a few years ago. It was built on a platform that was obsoleted shortly afterwards. We paid more money to get it moved and upgraded. Since then it has barely worked properly and we have had a string of 1 star ratings which has obviously reduced the app downloads to none. We have been asking them to get the push facility fixed for nearly a year - all we get is excuses and no fix. We asked them to sort out the amazon charges - they said it was done 3 months ago but we are still being charged - our app is pretty much useless now
