Krispy is an on-the-go entertainment app by Hindustan Unilever. The app is targeting a young audiences who want to download and watch videos with an opportunity to earn cashback. Techved's task was to make an app with a user-centric design approach intended for a premium digital experience for Tier 2 and Tier 3 Indian cities. Thus, enabling users, even non-tech savvy, to have exceptional and seamless entertainment.

USABILITY AUDIT - FROM PROTOTYPES TO SOLUTIONS

H&R Block is one of the largest tax filing website providing accurate e-filing of taxes. Techved was tasked to identify the reasons for drop-outs and optimize the pre-login flow for their m-site. We also had to identify the information priority during the taxation and non-taxation phase with the objective to increase the conversion between these periods.

ANALYSIS:

  • ITERATIVE DESIGNS: Techved audited various clickable prototypes to check with the users from metro cities to identify the pain points resulting in drop-outs and fewer conversions.
