Developers from Solid Software Solutions are brilliant in their expertise. Great communication skill, reporting various challenges ahead of time. Very vast and in-depth knowledge that helped me many times to identify and solve production issues in really short time. I have full trust in their work and I can only wish there were more companies like them.

What do you like most about the company?

Reliability. When they say that they will do it, they will do it.

What they should improve on?

I wish they had more offices around the world, or be able to have at least one developer/one person on site in the office.

We were tendering for a company to help us build a Cloud-based multi-tenanted practice management software for accountants - the experience building the prototype, identifying MVP1 and productionising the solution with Solid software was fantastic at all levels. They provide great transparency throughout the whole process (daily vid webconf standup meetings, weekly product grooming sessions, constant contact over slack channels, measurement of progress through Scrumdesk) and often went above and beyond to ensure we met our monthly upgrades to the solution. The team are extremely capable and on several occasions were able to develop innovative solutions to the business opportunity (integrating effectively with XERO, devising deep but intuitive workflows, the ability to do customisation for each tenant). The guidance we received from the team and Tomasz in particular was invaluable and ensured we hit our business objectives in the quickest and best way. Above all the team were a real pleasure to work with, always open and engaging with a work ethic and drive that I have rarely experienced. I strongly recommend Solid Software Solutions to any company looking to outsource software development.
