We love sophisticated problems and original projects. Our engineers joined our company for interesting tasks and professional challenges. Continuous professional development is the base of our corporate culture. We prefer simple solutions to sophisticated problems. In fact, the ability to find a simple solution to a sophisticated problem is a sign of mastery.

We also like it when the project goes beyond software development and requires a bit of research. We sometimes engage scientist researchers from one of the biggest Russian scientific centers to participate in our projects.

We consider the project goals as the starting point, not a technology stack. Technologies must be chosen as the best way to achieve the goals.
