Accesa Contact Center

Accesa is a company belonging to the Antel Group, specialized in providing Contact Center services for Uruguay and Latin America. We focus on developing and providing solutions that optimize the relationship of companies with their different audiences.

We seek to fulfill our mission of promoting the growth of our clients, at an operational, commercial and institutional level. For this, we define our strategy based on continually improving, realizing the full potential of our technological infrastructure to innovate and thus anticipate the needs of our customers.

Accesa has six centers in the country with the ability to manage contacts over a million and a half monthly, following an integrated management system. It has a team composed of more than 800 employees in continuous training, the support of an important communications technology center and fundamentally, the experience and satisfaction of providing services for public and private companies, large and medium size.
