UPDATE: I just spoke with Texas Attorney General’s office and they mentioned that we should file an official complaint with the government using this link:

If they get a good number of complaints from people that have been defrauded by this scam of a company, then they will open an investigation and file a lawsuit on our behalf. Please and please file a complaint! I’ll also be reaching out to people individually, so we can get this over with.

INITIAL REVIEW: I wish I could give this company negative rating. This company is the worst ever. My first experience and I am in so much regret! Gosh! I used to use a different company but they seemed to be closer to the location of my goods, so I decided to try them. Biggest mistake of my life!

It's been almost 6 months now and I have no news of my goods worth over $40,000. Every time I call, it's one new story or the other. They even sometime claim not to know me. I beg you in the name of anything you value...STEER CLEAR OF THIS INCOMPETENT AND RIDICULOUS COMPANY.

I have taken it up with BBB, if they don't respond to BBB, I will be sending my complaint to Texas Attorney General and FTC. And if they continue to be unscrupulous, then we will make it a court case.

If you don't want to have headache, just don't bother using these people.

This company is not even registered with FMCSA. I sent merchandise since September 2020 to Nigeria from Dallas. They have not processed my claim or found my stuff. They refuse to do the right thing. I am turning them in to the federal authorities. Customers complain often but they go on social media and lie. They will be closed before the end of 2021.
