Kindly share your feedback on how GoodFirms has been doing so far in increasing your visibility among potential clients.
Pretty great. The response is good, but as of now, we have seen people approach us more for sales. But the coverage is really great. You can't believe how many people have approached us congratulating the fact. I believe, we both can grow together phenomenally.
Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
AdzGuru is a Technology & Media company based out in India & Australia. We help small businesses get an online face that helps them by increasing their sales online. We also generate online content to increase customer visibility.
What is the story behind starting this company?
We have done our research and based on that there is a huge scope among Indians to experience the Australian lifestyle. We wanted to bridge this gap thereby providing small businesses in Australia with a seamless flow of logistics into the market of India.
Since initially businesses would need some trust authentication based on which they can start exporting FMCG products to the consumers of the second largest population of the world. Hence we started with AdzGuru’s digital marketing expertise. Our Australian CEO Mr. Sujoy Maitra, who has a strong foothold into the Australian market, has been handling the client face while we are handling the management from India.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
As I said previously, AdzGuru wants to bridge the gap between the Australian and Indian market. People are experiencing BMW, Ford, Porsche, Ferrari & even Tesla in India but why not products such as these.
We usually do not outsource anything since we have a good team efficient enough to implement the rule READ, LEARN, IMPLEMENT method into the workplace, we have got done almost everything as of yet.
But there are few options like GSUITE for which we have to use them as a mandate for their wonderful service.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We are on a mission to introduce 100 small businesses into the Indian Market and vice versa for Australia, in the next 5 years. We believe there is a huge scope if we succeed in doing such but everything is easy said than done. So yes, keeping fingers crossed.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We started our Australian operations first since in the initial days clients don’t want an outsourcer hence we took up office space and started working out of that. Slowly, we set up our Indian offices. We decided to work for few clients to check if we can provide consistency in quality to our customers, hence we have served 20 clients so far and have retained 16 of them which is 80% retainership.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
E-commerce Web Development, Hosting Services & Social Media Management.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
As of now, the satisfaction rate is somewhere around 60% but we are trying every day to make it a better environment for the client. We are generating new tools which would constantly help them track their work progress in addition to Geo-location online surveys for data analysis which would help them target their customer based on their demographics and emotional attributes. This would help our customers offer products & services to their customers based on time and events.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
As of now, we use Gmail for its threading solutions but we are developing a platform of our own that would keep them notified using SMS and other options about the status of their tasks along with approvals which would make the process easier and faster.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
That depends. It basically depends upon what kind of work they want. We usually provide a 30 days free trial package after which they need to pay an amount of 600 AUD for Social Media Management, 900 AUD for online Digital Shop, and 143 AUD per year for unlimited Email And Server hosting. We follow a monthly payment module for our Social Media Management services.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, we do projects based on budgets but there is a minimum bar like we expect a minimum of 399 AUD.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
We start from 399 AUD goes up to 999 AUD.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Well, we have targeted to be enlisted at the Australian Stock Exchange by 2021. Hopefully, we are on our tracks to achieve that.
