A Canada based client approached AllianceTek to build an online interface to create an opportunity for users to make an inventory of all assets, finance, and emotions. The main aim of the client is to build a digital solution for the discretion of property, will, and wishes that allow people to register and create an inventory to store their audio, video, belongings, and posthumous letters in an encrypted and secure way.

Whenever a user registers in the platform and defines its will by creating an inventory of property, belongings, assets, and finances, videos, and documents, it needs to be stored in a secured way so that no third-party user can hack or alter it. To secure the user’s discretion, the inventory once created is locked and further decrypted. If any alterations are performed, logs are created and maintained that show number of alterations along with their date and time. To conduct all the above security aspects, integration of Blockchain technology was highly essential which is quite cumbersome since the platform is developed on PHP.

Challenge
Termination or interruption of internet connection during audio download
Every midweek a new beat is chosen to be the “Weakly Beat”. The beat is later uploaded in the app for musicians to record their verses. To upload your verses, app user needs to download the beat and record their verses. Termination of the Internet was one of the major hurdles that restrain users to successfully download the beat. So, whenever internet connection is lost, instead of starting the download from the current state, the user needs to re-download the entire file which was quite time-consuming.
Solution
- AllianceTek builds a video player & editing app that allows app users to download beat, record, and seamlessly upload the video.
- Our development team overcomes this scenario by integrating a download feature that allows users to download the app when the internet is active.
- The team managed to maintain the application’s active state that stores users’ current state information. So, if the user kills the app from the memory, the app will save the current state and whenever a download button is clicked, the download will resume from the last state.
- The app also downloads the data in the background even though the app is in a memory state.
- Our designers designed an intuitive and easy to use User Interface along with creating a robust solution to address the complexity of the app.

AllianceTek enhanced the client's existing Salesforce system by developing an automated lead assignment feature. This Salesforce automation enabled the client to easily manage and assign leads by tracking their locations and assigning them to the appropriate expert. AllianceTek built various features into the system, including lead calculation, automated emails and alerts, and automated calling service.
AllianceTek created custom page layouts that improved the look and feel of the site, made navigation easier, and enhanced its usability. As a result, the client is now able to customize reports in tabular and matrix formats, which can be shared and saved within the system, along with automatically recording activity histories. AllianceTek worked closely with MedicalLogix and delivered an e-learning Solution with Enhanced Features.
The solution features audio and video streaming, downloadable transcripts, podcast subscription, online post-tests, custom landing pages and other components to leveraging communication and understanding. The solution involved the creation of a new CMS-enabled website for content, reviews and clinical dialogues. Features also included a robust evaluation system that produced graphical reports to easily track various activities on the website like, visited pages, content, workshops, podcasts and also track user submitted input through an interactive website.
AllianceTek designed the solution using .NET and C# in the front-end with SQL Server 2005 in the back-end. Content could be easily uploaded using a single XML file. With a customized e-learning solution MedicalLogix is now better able to connect with medical experts and share their research and discoveries with the community using various mediums including audio-visual and enhance the learning process.

AllianceTek Developed an iPhone Application on the native iOS platform that has five key user designations, which include doctor, nurse, patient, secretary, and administrator. The application allows doctors and nurses to login to their user accounts and monitors medical patient activities. The application also has an educational section that helps doctors and nurses stay up-to-date with new medical advances and news. As a result, the application increased communication among doctors, nurses, and their patients and enhanced their ability to learn and record notes on the go.

- We partnered with the client to eventually develop a robust web and mobile healthcare product for doctors, nurses, patients, and family members, which primarily started as a simple application.
