As one of the goals, we were aiming to get a handpicked team to implement our vision and work with further, but, as a key deliverable, this time was a ready-to-use, polished system for our clinic (Including complex integrations with DocDream).
We totally achieved both with AMgrade! Their smooth work plan and processes worked like a charm. We didn’t have to spend a lot of time on control and task management (which was our biggest concern), only actively participate in the first stage when we formed requirements and documentation.

Fast turnaround for sure. In just 2 weeks we had a full set of requirements, documentation and team ready to go. Also, high level of the development team, with their expertise we were able to perfect the concept.

Simply put, the main deliverables we defined for AMgrade were an efficient team and a platform where wedding vendors (photographers, drivers, DJs, etc.) could list their services, and boost them for more clients to see.
Together we started to work on the requirements for the team and project, which allowed us to move faster on the team forming stage. After, we were able to make the ball rolling with the designs and development. Also, I want to thank them for valuable insights and proposals along the way, that made our final product better.
