We are a technology-driven off-shore software development company with a focus on custom application development that enables our customer to achieve their business objectives; that’s exactly what our tag line says – “Articulate Business with Code”.

We are a years old company, and I am the CEO of the company steering it to become one of the best companies serving high-quality, and ROI to its clients, along with satisfaction.

What was the idea behind starting this organization?

“A Dream” led me to start of this organization, a dream to leave a legacy behind.

What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?

We have an in-house team of 30+ resources that includes Developers / Leads / Project Managers / Architects / Business Development Executives and Digital Marketing Executives.

How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?

Our company’s business model is to provide end to end solution to our clients. We follow a consultative approach while proposing a solution. This adds value to the customers in terms of our recommendation on the subject matter of their businesses. Our execution method is Agile that gives us the pace and opportunities to handle large projects with a fail quick and learn quick approach.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?

We are catering to a vast range of industries such as Travel and Hospitality, E-Commerce, Health, Insurance and, Small and Medium enterprises.
Yes, the majority of our clients are repetitive.

Following are a few of the critical parameters that we use while determining the time frame of the developing software:
1. Subject matter knowledge
2. Technical knowledge
3. Quantum of Research and Analysis involved
4. Status of Functional requirement, i.e., Freeze or Evolving

How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of software?

This depends upon the type of application we are developing. In case it is more for public domain and extensive functions and features are required, then UI will have a major piece of pie in terms of efforts estimates. Whereas if there is a lot of backend processing required such as ETL- Extract Transform and Load Process or an admin panel with complex workflow, the backend of the software has a bigger piece of pie.

What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right framework for developing software?

Following are the key parameters for considering the framework:
Size of the project, its audience, and purpose. For example, if the application is in the public domain and open for all, and just an informational site, a security feature can be to the basics. Whereas when it is dealing with banking or other sectors these features needs to be on the top-notch architecture.

Which languages & frameworks do you prefer to use in development of software?

Following are our favorite languages and frameworks:

Following are the key factors before deciding the cost:
1. Duration of work
2. Technology involved
3. Resource availability & cost
4. Testing Feasibility (Virtual / Online / Onsite)
5. Timeframe

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions, etc.)

Following are our payment structures:
1. Fixed Cost Project - Milestone based
2. Dedicated Resource – Advance Monthly Billing
3. Time and Material – Monthly Billing

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

Yes, we take up a project that meets our basic budget requirement, when that fulfills our operating cost for a new customer. Whereas for old customers, we do ensure a small percentage of profit is made. Our Hourly rate is $25 per hour, although we do take projects from around $18 per hour, depending on the project.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?

The price range of the projects that we have catered in 2018 is:
Minimum - $4500
Maximum - $72000
