JURNEZ is a maritime startup, which provides a crew management solution for fleet owners, port agents, and crew members

Challenge

The client turned to us when she had already started developing an MVP, but it wasn’t finalized and had many issues. The most critical was the project’s deadline — only 2 months remained till its launch.

• MVP wasn’t ready for launch despite the oncoming deadline
• more than 30 critical code issues
• lack of key features in Web application
• the core features of Android and IOS applications didn’t work

Solution

Due to the oncoming deadline, we decided to use Agile methodology and divide the project into weekly sprints, organize daily team calls, additional progress monitoring, and project adjustments. For this purpose we:

• analyzed project issues performed QA testing
• evaluated the scope of work and estimated time to finish the MVP
• set up a team of 3 developers and 1 project manager
• divided the project into sprints and prioritized the tasks
• organized daily meetings and progress monitoring

Result

We did it! After 2 months of hard work, an MVP for Jurnez project was successfully launched on time, and was endorsed by the real customers.

Moreover, the investors have approved the future application development and we’re happy to continue our cooperation.

TENDERBID is a SaaS ERP system for management of governmental tenders. Analyzes tender suppliers, participants, competitors, and their historical activity.

Challenge

The client wanted to create a modern web application to solve the problem of tenders management for small and mid-size businesses.

Solution

Antalogic took on this challenging ERP project and managed to:

• set up a team of UI/UX designer, 3 backend and 2 frontend developers
• build the ERP system’s architecture from scratch
• develop complex unique parsers and API to collect all the necessary data
• create analytics and tenders’ management modules
