A national military museum of the U.S. Army, dedicated to the preservation of our nation’s medical history, was looking for assistance converting historical documents to a digital format. The awarded contract would span five years and encompass a variety of paper documents and other media totaling over 1,350,000 pages. In addition to digital conversion, detailed metadata was required for every document. The total scope of work included complexities that the museum, as a government entity, did not have enough resources or funding to complete in-house. A formal RFP was issued and ARDEM became the selected vendor of choice.

After winning a coveted contract with a major public transportation company, a prominent consulting marketing research firm was in need of a data-processing and data entry partner. The firm was tasked with administering thousands of hard-copy surveys to train and ferry riders, ensuring the transportation company was compliant with federal regulation, as well as conducting research into rider sentiment.

The challenge of processing all the data contained in the surveys was twofold: First, each survey was handwritten and administered in multiple languages – typically English and Spanish. This made parsing the data a particularly involved and time-consuming process

A global premier tissue processing company had a major issue: Each unique piece of tissue the company sells is accompanied by an FDA-mandated Tissue Utilization Record, which includes a variety of information related to the tissue and how it is used. These physical cards are essential sources of information that must be stored securely and easily located.

The challenge facing the company, according to its Director of Project Management, was in managing these cards and the relevant information securely and in an accessible way. The often handwritten cards made the internal process of scanning and parsing the data incredibly labor-intensive.

A leading marketing services client was processing invoices from approximately 800 separate vendors every month in their accounts payable team. The incoming invoices are from US-based vendors as well as vendors located in Singapore, Australia, Ireland and Germany.

ARDEM is responsible for the overall management of the processing of these invoices and must complete the processing as per service level agreements, in a timely manner.
