  5. Create/modify additional features to improve the website;

  9. Develop and maintain SEO (Search Engine Optimization), ensuring MCA-Indonesia website is visible on the top list in prominent search engines;
  10. Design, develop, and implement a new user interface;
  11. Design, develop, and deliver an e-newsletter. Content of the e-newsletter shall be provided by a corporate publication firm through the MCA-Indonesia Communication Unit;
  12. Design, develop, and implement interactive multimedia features;
  13. Design, develop, and implement migration of the GP-Portal to MCA-Indonesia website;
  14. Provide thorough performance reports, analyses, and recommendations on the website and portals;
  15. Ensure websites follow standards of World Wide Web Consortium http://www.w3.org/
  16. Ensure the final website is secure against common attacks against websites, e.g as listed in the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP);
  17. Conduct knowledge transfer to MCA-Indonesia team on web administration during and at the end of service period;
  18. Adhere to the implementation procedure as outlined in the contract and others MCA-Indonesia guidelines to be provided to the Consultant;
  19. Provide an annual work plan within the first month of the contract and at contract anniversaries in subsequent years;
  20. Provide a quick report for MCA-Indonesia within one week after every task/projects is accomplished;
  21. Maintain close coordination with Communications & Outreach Unit of MCA-Indonesia.
