Peak Company needed help with gathering a dedicated team for developing one of its products. In this case, Argent gathered a C# development team consisting of two engineers and four Unity 3D and Adobe Photoshop designers.

While developing a new game, Peak faced the need to expand its team with additional specialists. As a result, they decided to provide remote staff from nearby regions, not wasting time and money on hiring and onboarding new team members.

In the process of development of Infront X product company came across a challenge of a personnel gap. To avoid spending time and resources hiring new employees, they decided to turn to our company for help with remote team building.

We took over all the recruiting of development team members and hired two 3D artists for AR & VR development and one Adobe Photoshop designer. Since we seriously take the screening and interviewing process, Argent team players made a perfect match to the customer’s team.

With Maya’s work, our 3D development specialists managed to create the visual part of the product. Then, in cooperation with Infront X specialists, Argent team members completed and launched the project.

LingPlay is constantly working with new projects, so a set of remote commands is a frequent and at the same time profitable solution. For several projects, Argent Team has recruited a remote design and development staff of 12 dedicated team members: Director, Art Director, 3D Animator, Animator, Game Designer, Project Manager, 2 Developers, 4 Artists.

LingPlay projects are not only pure web development but also much creative artwork. Therefore, the team for such tasks should be as artistic and dedicated as possible.
