As a young team, they are able to recommend great and fun strategies, and the whole process has felt very collaborative. I think the speed at which they work is also fantastic and despite some hiccups along the way they have been nothing but professional and have a very hand on approach - a joy to work with.

I think the only note I have was to improve the initial kick off and involve all parties from the get go to make sure we're all aligned. This is at no fault of the agencies but as our project has a lot of moving parts, it was easy to get lost in the detail rather than looking at the bigger picture which is to ensure a smooth consumer journey.
