Axisbits has fulfilled a project for Abacus - a US Mental Math training aimed at whole-brain development of a personality.

Abacus - is one in a few schools that offer the Japanese curriculum in America to train students in reading abacus, listening abacus, and flash anzan. Offering pre-soroban levels, grades 10-1, and Dan levels, they wanted to improve the learning process with a web-based e-learning portal. The client turned to Axisbits to create an online platform for children to take advantage of this incredible training and to engage them in learning by rewarding their progress.

As usual, we started our work with a series of consultancies to find out all the project requirements and details. When both the client and our team had a clear understanding of what we wanted as a final result, the Axisbits team crafted a simple and intuitive design for children and started the development itself.

To make the platform most secure and quick, we settled on the modern advanced technologies - PHP/Laravel and  Vue.js.

Being in tight cooperation with the client, we often received requests from him to implement some additional features, which should simplify the educational process. We did it quite often in the course of the project.

As a result, a convenient and intuitive admin panel for teachers was developed. The lessons and tasks can be simply added and managed there, students’ progress followed, and overall process controlled. 

The solution, which we offered to the students, allows them to manage their profiles, access learning materials, choose lessons and tasks, fulfill them in several modes and even compete with the other students in real-time. Every account comes equipped with a personal goal setter. It teaches children to set and maintain goals and encourages leadership qualities. For better motivation and engagement, the students receive rewards for their achievements and can look through the table of leaders. 

Axisbits provides the on-going technical support of the project and the servers.

Quiff is a Swiss Startup with an idea of creating a unified platform for beauty salon bookings; Axisbits has brought this idea to life.

The clients now have the opportunity to book appointments for any beauty procedures they need: hairdressing, manicure, eyelashes treatment, special treatment, and much more. The service is intended for women, gentlemen, and even kids. Every client can choose what they need, the salon they like, and book the time that is convenient.

What is important, a customer doesn’t need to call the salon for the purpose, but can do everything online and any time round the clock.

Salons in their turn are equipped with a dashboard, where they can see their clients, reservations, payments, and so on. In fact, every beauty parlor that joins the platform receives a full-fledged system of salon management.

FindTutor is a platform where students can find tutors for needed subjects. It has a dashboard for tutors, allowing them to see their students, make a schedule of lessons, control payment, and many other things.

Our team developed the project from scratch, starting with wireframes and designs. We developed back-end logic on PHP, tested every feature, and deployed the site to the client’s servers.

RegalWings is a premium airfare suppliers for travel agents, travel managers,lifestyle/concierge companies & large blue-chip corporations.

The key goal of this project was to streamline existing business processes and increase their ability to manage data within sales pipeline.

RegalWings hired Axisbits to assist with the development of a custom CRM and workflow automation tools.

The team consisted of several members including a project manager and 2-3 developers. Axisbits was able to add resources as needed. We developed the CRM system based on PHP and Yii2 framework and deployed it on servers, so users within the company were able to it sight away.

As a result, we expect the deliverable to cut labor requirements by 20-30%.

SimplePin enables businesses to send and receive electronic payments and invoices. 

Axisbits developed a front-end theme for the website, and also  customer backend integration into proprietary SimplePin API

Our team built the site from scratch, starting with a beautiful and modern design. We implemented HTML/CSS layout that looks great across all devices and based on it created a theme for OctoberCMS.

OctoberCMS is modern, flexible and secure CMS that gives wide possibilities of managing website’s content and SEO. In combination with a custom-built theme, we got a great-looking website and a blog.

Plastpro is one of the top fiberglass door manufacturers in the US. They wanted to replace the old corporate website with the new one with the modern design and updated structure.

We designed and developed a new company website from scratch, keeping in mind SEO optimization and clean page structure. The new website showcases company products in a modern, intuitive way and helps visitors to get all the needed information.

For the backend, we used the Yii2 framework, which is based on PHP. The frontend uses JavaScript, HTML/CSS.

Plastpro is one of the top fiberglass door manufacturers in the US. They wanted to replace the visualizer program on our website, which allows users to view what the doors they’re considering would look like on their own houses.

Axisbits built the system that gave us the ability to manage assets and the way that PlastPro creates products for this tool to be very dynamic. Managers can approach the program directly and visually, as opposed to before when they had to connect with our provider every time there was a problem.

For the backend, we used Yii2 framework, which is based on PHP. The frontend uses JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, among others.

One of the top UK-based consulting companies required updating their internal CRM system. They used outdated MS Access based CRM, which was not suitable for employees. 

We decided to create a new, web-based CRM and migrate all data from the old DB to the new one. Our team created usable UX and beautiful UI applying modern CRM standards. All data has been transferred to the new database.With the new CRM, users get easy access to it via the web interface, now it’s much easier to work with it, which saves valuable time of employees.

GotToVote is a forum website, allowing citizens to discuss hot political topics and provide a public opinion by voting on relevant questions.Axisbits built the system from scratch using the PHP framework. We created an appealing design and comfortable user interface to allow visitors to focus on the content and discussion.Our team also developed an admin panel where admins can control the content and create polls, discussion, etc.

Legacy, paper-based agreement processes are manual, slow, expensive, and error-prone. 

We simplified this process by creating easy to navigate UI/UX design starting from landing pages, to complex flows of documents signing.

There are many handy features: you can set up your profile, draw or upload a signature, create branded email templates, and track the status of document signing.

Having the logo as a

 starting point, our designers created a unique design coffee color palette to match the name of the service. We developed a UI kit with essential elements - buttons, inputs, alerts, icons, and backgrounds that we used all across the pages.

As the final step, our team turned designs into clickable prototypes to provide an understanding of the final product’s look and feel to the customer. 

BTG is an e-commerce website, offering its visitors a variety of construction equipment for rent. They are conveniently split across several categories. Users can choose needed tools to rent, add to cart, provide shipping details and pay. Every item has images, descriptions, and all other needed information.

The task for the Axisbits team was to create an optimized ecommerce UX and final design. We worked on prototypes together with the client, discussing every aspect. When wireframes were ready, we turned them into clean, modern design, keeping in mind all ecommerce aspects like CTAs. 

Coudrees is a French platform that helps people order made-to-measure fashion items online.Coudrees works with artisans and studios that have strong skills-sets but minimal self-promotion, letting them sell their services on our site but not their actual products.The client wanted to build a website that would differentiate the product from other platforms, making it clear from the first landing page that, although Coudrees works with artisans as other marketplaces do, they focus solely on fashion and tailor-made, ready-to-wear products. 

As a result, Axisbits developed and published the project, and now it’s attracting clients from all over France.

SmartReno is the leading resource to help people find qualified and available contractors to complete their renovation project. Users describe their project and then get matched to several of the best service providers in their region thanks to the custom CRM software. They can compare quotes, save time and money, and make the right decision.For service providers, they get qualified potential clients based on their expertise and criteria, saving them on marketing efforts and spent. All of this is made possible by a custom CRM tool. Our team has implemented the project ProCRM as a part of a large system. It allows contractors to manage their jobs by storing all the needed information. The CRM also helps to automate the process of accepting offers, proceed with the project, and keep track of completed projects. We did our web application development magic using PHP and Yii Framework. It supports internationalization, has very user-friendly responsive UI with lots of AJAX. Our team has implemented custom a design based on Bootstrap theme.For Landing Page, we developed frontend and backend, which was completely rewritten using Yii application development framework 2.0 and integrated it with a new design. The layout of the new site is responsive, developed on Bootstrap. We implemented many features like multilingual support, interaction with a huge database.

MetKnow is a flashcard and quizzing app that specializes in helping members in all types of organizations know each other's names! This time, the startup company asked us to help them develop their brand new application. As always, we took the matter seriously. Our designer created a modern "flat" and responsive interface, based on HTML and CSS, while the coders worked on a PHP backend. Thanks to the unity and professionalism of our team, all tasks were performed in a high-quality, on time, and the customer was completely satisfied with the services that we provided.

We did a full cycle process - idea clarification (writing specification and drawing wireframes), design,development, QA, deploying on servers. Our designer created wireframes and beautiful responsive designs which our developers turned into fast and stable code. Our team did a lot of research and integrated several APIs for payments and social features.

BlackFridaySale is one of the largest online sale in Europe. Within 24 hours, well-known fashion and electronic brands offered great discounts and special deals. More than 2.4 million people have taken an advantage of this chance this year. This webshop is international project for the biggest online sale event, the "Black Friday Sale" in Russia, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Axisbits has worked on projects from Black Friday for several years. For this huge e-commerce project Axisbits has created landing page and redesigned themes for mobile devices and desktop. For back-end we used PHP/Yii Framework and MySQL with caching to handle high load during the event. Our team has developed complex system for advertizing banners and discount system, purchase of goods using Paypal. we used Sphinx for search functionality among huge amount of products. Axisbits has implemented import of products and created application for partners. As the result, for 24 hours over 500 of the biggest E-commerce companies took part with selected offers and deals. Over 7 million unique visitors generated high user traffic for participating retailers. Conversion rates up to 15%, shopping basket values of 350€ and a massive increase in sales (average: +300% uplift).
