Review Summary

My overall experience working with them is incredible. Initially, we had lots of meetings that were necessary for the project introduction and to clear any doubts. I really appreciate their systematic approach where they take a clear picture and make a blueprint and then start development, which takes less time. Even though we had no updates to make but still, the project manager kept my team on the loop so we could make updates if needed which was really appreciative.

Describe your project in brief

We wanted them to build an intuitive chatbot for our cloud kitchen which aids the customers to decide what they can order based on certain traits and questions. We also wanted the bot to help them file complaints or give feedback.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their systematic approach toward the project is unique, something that differentiates them from others.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Working on the project was very smooth for me, I think they are great in the industry.
