Optimization is the very first step, and we audit the client’s website, optimize the website and the SEO strategy in terms of keywords within the website. We also use software that allows us to track our clients’ ranking, analytics, traffic, competitors, and backlink monitoring. This allows us to optimize effectively in an ongoing manner. We align all of this with an effective marketing strategy consisting of SEM, backlinks, articles, and organic marketing.

Website, SEO, and Social Media Audit will determine if there are additional services required that fall outside of our standard SEO pricing. An example is if we need to do additional work on the client’s website or social media.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
We have carefully crafted marketing packages that essentially dictate this structure.
If, however, the client’s needs do not match any of our existing packages, we offer a stand-alone pricing structure that enables the client to put together a plan they feel comfortable with. We send all our prospects a marketing proposal that outlines what we do and a brief description of each of the services we offer. This is followed by the marketing packages, and last but not least, the stand-alone price list.
