Review Summary

Our engagement with Brain Technosys for software development was a regrettable decision. We encountered over 80 critical errors in just the Authentication Code, indicative of the overall poor quality of work. Not a single dashboard was user-ready, marred by functional and grammatical errors. The situation worsened when we discovered attempts by their team to deceive us with hardcoded data, mimicking functionality that didn't exist. The project, already three months overdue, significantly impacted our revenue and confidence in their abilities. Despite our efforts to remedy these issues, we had to end our contract and seek a 75% refund due to unmet deliverables and deceptive practices, none of it has been received. We caution others to reconsider engaging with Brain Technosys.

This is a web application development project.

The project will consist of the following:
- Understanding Laravel & ReactJS programming languages
- Updating a standing web application with a newly designed User Interface w/ some additional functionality
- Integrating external tools such as Paypal, Stripe, and ChatGPT
- Promoting code to the production server.
- Performing Unit Test (Pre-Prod) and Quality Assurance Test (Post-Prod)
- Final web application functionality walkthrough (video call) with the job owner.

This job involves a web application. The application will allow users to track professional and wellness goals for self and others, as well as run and reports on tracked grouped user progress on created goals, objectives and wellness measurements.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Given the context of our experience with Brain Technosys, there wasn't anything we liked about the engagement. The pervasive issues, from the multitude of errors in the code to deceptive practices and significant project delays, overshadowed any potential positive aspects of their service.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

What I liked least about Brain Technosys was their inability to deliver functional work, evidenced by over 80 critical errors in just the Authentication Code and deceptive practices, including hardcoding data. Their lack of professionalism, resulting in significant project delays and financial losses for our company, was deeply disappointing.
