Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
ByteFum is Software & service Provider Company based in India. We are taking care of worldwide clients who want to make websites, mobile applications, Software, Design, and any more things that are related to technology.

I am responsible for the growth of the company on behalf of its services of it. As part of ByteFum, my main responsibility is to give the right direction to the company for management and give the right solution to the clients.

ByteFum was introduced into the market in the year 2020. For to give support to the people and society by providing our solutions and support. We believe in perfection, quality & accuracy.

ByteFum is not just another web development company, but it is an institution for global businesses to get technical solutions to complex business problems and needs.
We have remarkably touched every segment of the web & mobile development industry. We are a digital agency with a team of passionate individuals.
What is the story behind starting this company?
As Owner, I did find competition among solutions and services but I realize market if we can give the right support with those things, we will complete the market. On the second hand, I can also help people by giving them employment. As a background, I am a software developer so it was easy to start initially. So, I did start.

This is an interesting journey.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
Our business model is client-based first. Find a dedicated sale from the world and give them solutions as per their needs. After the client onboarding, we have an internal process.

Another model is from products. It is based on the company stream. We have a dedicated process as well for it.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Basically, every company is taking care of its clients; however, we are focusing on giving the right suggestions to their business if they need it, secondly, we stand with their business, and give them the right technical suggestions for a better user experience.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We are working on eCommerce, Travel, Education, and customs needs. We have a good client retention ratio with good referrals. We have a 99% Satisfied Clients ratio and a 75% Repeat Clients ratio.

We have a 99% service satisfaction rate.

Step 2. Complete their need by providing support (for the initial level if needed).
Step 3. Start to give outcomes as per contract and project requirements.
Step 4. Take feedback and give support for that.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have their direct funnel.

  2. They can contact us by mail.
  3. They can ask for support on chat.
  4. They can call.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
It totally depends on the deal.

We are taking but the client must be connected with our requirements. They must be dynamic for a budget if needed. It is a custom thing, so it can be different values for each client. We don't have any number for the basic budget; however, we give budget by understanding their needs.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
In that year, we had the work price range from $20 to $50 USD per hour.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
It is predictable.

I feel, in the next 10 years, ByteFum will become the most valuable company in the market for services and support.

Describe your project in brief

The proposed driver control system will be developed by JALV Systems OÜ to manage DSP processes and streamline services, storing manipulated data in a database and allowing drivers to query their data online. The system will be accessed via the web through login and password, speeding up the treatment of information. Manage the route taken by the driver to generate self-billing invoice, financial, accounts payable and receivable via app is related to driver, confirmation of route to work, clearance, performance, complaints, invoices, fleet, fleet management, via app check in and check out of a vehicle, keep the vehicle's history so that no damage occurs again, the solution will be in a web environment using technologies, github for code versioning and development, Heroku as PaaS, for backend, Netlify as frontend databases data for text will be used mongoDB and database for images will be used FireBase, delivering solutions via SaaS.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

I don't have any thoughts about it, I believe the company is on the right path to achieve its goals!
