I had an almost identical experience to the customer below, Audrey. I paid $650 for ISA (virtual assistant) cold calling services. Call Star promised to set up phone calls or zoom calls with potential sellers on my behalf. Now almost 5 months later not one phone call was ever made on my behalf. I have reached out to Ryan Kelly, Milton, Debs, Mary, and my personal ISA to no avail. I threatened to report the charge as fraud last week and out of those people Debs reached out once via text but that was it. No-one else tried to reach out to put me at ease or show me proof of any work that have done for me. I was sent a contract via doc-u-sign about 2-3 weeks back and I read through it carefully. This was when my red flags went up. DO NOT SIGN THAT CONTRACT!! I recommend finding your own ISA and implementing the ideas Call Start had. The idea in theory is great, but unfortunately they do not seem to have the infrastructure to facilitate the communication needed to provide for their customers.
