Steve Getzfrid brings over thirty years of varied experience in Big 4 public accounting, private industry, and accounting & finance recruiting as he steps into a leadership role to execute his vision for the firm.

His early experience at KPMG led him to a successful career chapter in internal audit leadership that included significant regional banking organizations and ConAgra Brands. As his professional path led him to ConAgra, Steve progressed into a director role where he tackled a variety of initiatives including divestitures, acquisition integrations, and a SAP implementation. From there, Steve moved into the accounting & finance recruiting industry where he built strong relationships with clients and candidates and often became the sole trusted adviser for clients building their teams and coach and counselor for candidates navigating their careers. “CFO Systems has provided me with a solid platform to do what I really enjoy—building and nurturing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates,” Steve stated. “I am looking forward to developing deep relationships that can be carried forward into the future and make an impact in the lives of clients and candidates, whether through direct placement, career coaching, or by helping company leaders navigate through the hiring process to find the best candidate for each role.”
