Our Process:
Our service delivery process is streamlined around agile principles and a design thinking based approach.
Step 1: Requirements Engineering
We start with exploratory workshops with our clients where our business analysts understand the business problem we seek to solve by speaking to all stakeholders. By carefully listening to our clients, our business analysts scope out the overall vision of the project and translate that into a requirements guideline.
Step 2: Solution Design
Our design phase starts with conducting a design sprint with representation from key stakeholders and our product/solution consultants who work over a week long exercise that moves from ideation to prototypes to validation and finalisation of a product scope.
This product design vision further moves to our UX consultants who build a more detailed wireframe carefully testing and validating in iterations and once finalised the UI designers design a user interface.
Step 3: Solution Implementation
We work in agile product teams in the SCRUM framework and assemble the ideal team supported by a SCRUM master and a Product Owner that work to define a product backlog that is then iterated in sprints building the solution in a progressive manner. A CI/CD pipeline is setup to have a seamless process from start to finish with each release an improvement on the last one through a feedback loop in place involving multiple stakeholders.
Step 4: Post Implementation
One the solution is implemented our business analysts and project leads get busy with the post deployment support including managed services support and monitoring for optimal performance. Since the product improvement is a continuous process therefore we are regularly taking feedback which helps us plan the next iterations and roadmaps. We also provide thorough documentation and wikis to support post implementation.
Step 5: Change Management
No digital transformation initiative is successful without the stakeholders buy in and adaption. Change can be stressful and people need support in adapting. Our change management process works closely with the employees and stakeholders to help then embrace the digital transformation by providing training, mentoring and support. We make sure that everyone understands what is in it for them to help them own the change and take part in making it a success.

We needed a website, as well as other software solutions (some of which we didn't even know we needed in the first place, like SEO and a Database).
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The product that they deliver is of an amazing quality. We felt like we were dealing with a grade A company.
The advises that they give concerning changes to our product, were all for the better.
The communication is fast and clear. If problems were encountered, they were the first party to reach out.
Cloud Primero's people are also just really lovely people. Dedicated, smart and fun.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
1/2 Of course, no one is perfect. I can't say that there were things we weren't happy with, that aren't our own faults in some way.
2/2 We initially did not have a clear enough view of what we wanted the website to do and look like, so the first few weeks were a bit bumpy.
