Outstanding Cloud (IaaS) performance combined with geat support and account management.

We are very happy with the performance of the IaaS (Cloud) provided by CTO. As our systems are bandwidth
intensive Comfac cloud provided us with a great solution as they give a free 5TB of outgoing data (per month) and
all of the incoming data is completely free. That being said, we were able to save a lot on the bandwidth.
Additionally their UI is very easy to use and their on-demad service offerings really helped us further save and
customize our deployments in the cloud.

Describe your project in brief

Because of our expansion in Asia, one of our companies needed managed cloud services, that are hosted in the APAC region for lower latency and so that we can comply with data privacy acts in those countries.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The flexibility of CTO's cloud allowed us to fully customise our deployments and only pay for the used resources.

Free 24/7 level 2 support that was always responsive within a minute.

The free tier of CTO's cloud gave us 5TB of free outgoing data per month where all the incoming data was 100% free as well.

A very high price / performance ratio of the IaaS (Cloud)

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

In one instance there was a slightly longer delay in the response to one of our tickets.
