Worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I commissioned a website and app back in 2021. For the website, I was given a 4-8 week deadline. Numerous delays, poor communication, regularly ignored when asking for updates. A year later, still no website.
Got into tense talks with ConvrtX after I left negative reviews due to still having no website and a disastrous server transfer (I don’t know if ConvrtX or the other company were at fault for the server issues). They tried to withhold my products unless I signed an NDA. I refused. They eventually agreed to deliver products and I would temporarily remove the reviews. The website they delivered is horrific. I can’t use it. Poor quality, placeholder text everywhere, much of it not easy for me to edit. Product forms incorrect, and an overall mess.
I am unimpressed with the app; missing features, glitches, and just constant issues. When the CEO asked me to leave a positive review, I decided I’m out. Can’t deal with such an unethical and immoral company.

A website and app for my small business. Both were supposed to enhance and promote my business whilst selling products and services. It is not in progress and it is not completed. I have had to abandon it and hope that I can take it to a new company to finish in time.

Didn't provide services I paid for; set up for failure

Extremely disappointed.
Started off great with Yasmine, Jamie, Bob, etc. I felt supported and truly believed this was a company that cared about seeing my ideas and vision become a reality. Very much loved the design work and pitch deck/business plan.
Went downhill from there.
As a creator more than a business mind, I was hoping for more guidance on the path to the App becoming a business. However, meetings with Josh were more like a jigsaw puzzle of "Let's see if you can figure it out as we go, with 10 missing pieces".
I'm a very coachable person... but I need to understand, like most, the actual game I'm being coached to play
I was suddenly told that my Crowd Fund work (which I paid for) would not be handed over until purchased a website... this was NOT mentioned prior to joining up. At this point I flat-out asked multiple people at Convrtx: "Does the company actually care whether my App is a success... or is this all about the Upsell? Does Convrtx have any actual skin in the game?"

Company was dishonest from the outset. Expected money for further services that were not discussed.

Didn't provide all of the services I paid for. Dropped off the map and forgot about me.

CEO is not supportive at all. Tried to get me to register my company in Delaware, because it is a tax shelter
