SKT Ifland is a metaverse platform with a strong focus on communication. The app was launched in 49 countries including North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. To increase global presence, we came up with a media plan targeting the first *11 countries (U.S., Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, etc.). After running an APP campaign that used K-POP, we were able to see the power of the K-metaverse in 4 Southeast Asian countries: Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Kwangdong Pharmaceutical created a new product called Daejigamjacha with the goal of becoming one of the top 10 products in the RTD market. To raise awareness for their product, they launched a marketing campaign that targeted potential customers through various channels. To fulfill this goal, we delivered a clever viral message in which the product’s USP is being shouted to a ‘Daegam’ (a high-ranking official of Joseon Dynasty) by playfully replacing the original meaning of ‘Daegam’ with the acronym of ‘Daejigamjacha’ - ‘Daegam’. By creating two viral videos, 'Please take it out, Daegam(빼주시오 돼감)’ and 'Please let me out, Daegam(내보내주시오 돼감)’, to indirectly convey the efficacy of daejigamjacha, Kwangdong Daejigamjacha established itself as one of the TOP 10 brands in RTD.

Kwangdong Pharmaceutical was the first to launch a postbiotics functional drink in Korea, but more than 600,000 products popped up when the keyword ‘Postbiotics’ was searched online. We concluded that an ingredient that was already used in product names and could be used for any product line in the future would not be competitive in terms of cognitive enhancement. Thus, we came up with a nickname for the product- ‘Pobi(포바)‘- to establish a friendly presence to consumers. In addition, we hired Ahn Young-mi (안영미), a female comedian who is known to be straightforward and vigorous, and created a viral video to maximize the product’s USP, in which that the Lactobacillus reaches the intestines vigorously and powerfully.

IHG's global channels did not allow localization of social media channels. CREATIP provided services for Naver PPC paid search, brand search campaigns with crafted copywriting to accentuate the specific features of the hotels. As the beverage market began to revitalize in 2022, we created short-form content to help Lipton be recognized as a top-tier brand by women - the main target audience in the domestic RTD market. To get closer to our target audience, we hired IG Reels creators and TikTok creators to launch a new marketing campaign. Our team decided that in order to make a lasting impression on their target demographic of women in their 20s and 30s, we would need to expose them to the Lipton iced tea product at least once a month. Lipton iced tea was exposed to about 3 million women in Korea in 2022 with the short-form content.
