Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?

Creative Ideator is an IT solution provider offering high-tech services like Web & Mobile App Development, IOT, Designing & Digital Marketing services across the globe.

Me, as a Chief Executive Officer of Creative Ideator, play my part as strategy maker and utilize my analytical skills to run the team to a level of excellence. I keep mentoring team members as I myself is technical, so for any complexed task or project, I am always there to support, mentor and lead the team. So, my role in my company caters business intelligence, technology, and execution of the projects throughout.

What was the idea behind starting this organization?

I am an IT professional and have always been passionate about technology and its transitions over the time. The main idea to start Creative Ideator is my passion to put into reality, to work on cutting-edged technologies to contribute to the growth of IT industry overall.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third-party vendors/ outsourcing?

We have in-house team of highly experienced software engineers, business analysts, designers and developers.

How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?

The core objective in our business is to achieve customer satisfaction. Most businesses work to be profitable and earn revenue however, we work for the benefit of client. We offer them such solutions that benefit them along with us. This approach of ours let us win customers with 98% satisfaction so it makes a win-win situation for both of us. We consider success our success when our client is successful and satisfied.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?

As mentioned above that the core purpose of our business is client satisfaction that is why our conversion of customer to client is 98% and this is why we have mostly CLIENTS and a smaller number of customers.

We are not limited to any specific industry but yes mainly catering IT industry, Security Services, Health & Fitness, Medical, Food & Beverages, Marketing & PR, Automobile, Entertainment, Oil & Gas, Construction, Home & Décor etc.

How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile app?

Front end determines the flow of the app too so Frontend designing starts in the first place and eventually when flow and designs are approved by client, then backend work starts. However, at some point if there are any suggestions or improvements to be included immediately, then frontend and backend may go parallel too.

What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a mobile application?

Which platform do you suggest your clients to begin with when they approach you with an idea (Android or iOS) and why?

For any app, iOS and Android is a must thing. If the client is open for a budget and time frame, we offer then Android and iOS native apps. On the contrary, if a client is tight with budget, we shall offer him a cross-platform solution that will meet both Android and iOS requirements within short time. 

Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?

Android and iOS native come with extensive features to build in the app so the client can get the best out of their idea when the solution is built through Android and iOS native. However, if the client has budget limitations, so any cross-platform development would work with almost same features.

What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?

  • Scope of the project
  • Time frame 
  • How many resources are being utilized
  • What platforms are needed

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)

We mainly go for Pay Per Milestone.

Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?

We analyse whether we have worked before on the similar idea or not because it then becomes a bit handy for us to execute the project. But even if the industry and the idea is new to us, still we give costing benefits to client and opt for a project as this is what our main objective is.

What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?

Which business model do you suggest to your clients enabling them to generate revenue from mobile applications? Why?

On-Demand Model - we are truly a customer-oriented company and always offer solutions to clients as per their needs. However, we do advise them whenever it is required so they may make the most of the idea and be safe from any losses.
