Dick Cunningham founded Cunningham Communications in 1989. From very humble beginnings, he grew the company to be a trusted resource for high quality and reliable phone answering and call center services for hundreds of businesses.

Today, we remain a family-owned business with Dick’s daughter Sue and her husband Paul now serving all customer relationships. Just as it was in 1989, the Cunningham Communications team is committed to providing the highest level of personal service to each and every one of our diverse customers.

Cunningham Communications is located in Grand Rapids, MI near the downtown area and Medical Mile. While our reach spans nationally, it’s important to us to help support our local economy.
