Dad of Ad is a no-limit advertising agency based out in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The company is a sneak Peek of all types of advertisement, personalized and customized for brands and businesses. It is a smart intersection of design, boldness, and creativity. My role is to dive deep to see the extremity and versatility in our designs catered to scale brands and businesses. Get a sharp glimpse of our visual storytelling at its best from the work we have done so far for Indian clients.
With a view to solving the problems of vague and misunderstood advertising, I try to showcase Dad of Ad as a limitless advertising agency in the heap of fake digital marketing companies.
What is the story behind starting this company?
The fake and fraud of advertising has been around for a while and there has been no solution. Dad of Ad comes with a sincere inception point of the fact that we do pure advertising and digital marketing activities without involving any fraud or non-sense to the society. The inspiration, I must say, is Litmus Branding, which is our competitor but deliberately and flawlessly dominating the market like anything. The story is simple, straightforward, and smoothly creative, just like the agency itself.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have a team of 11 smart individuals but this doesn’t limit the amount of work we do because we have collaboration with 9 other digital marketing and full-service ad agencies across India. We outsource bulk work to them which our team can’t handle. The purpose is ‘Not To Loose Clients And hence the retention’. The company is fundamentally focusing on maintaining the top-notch quality of the work we do than the cold calling activities. Duh, we think and believe that the client will never go elsewhere if you have given them good work.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We are a team of young, passionate, energetic, determined professionals who never give up and don't see the clock’s 9 to 6 but stick till the work is satisfactory and of superb quality. That’s rare. It is one of those few things big companies have when they have started. I think Dad of Ad is filled with such smart individuals.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Customers are definitely repetitive. Industries are mostly IT and media. 70 percent of our clients are recurring and lucrative for us.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Video Editing, Video Creation, Logo Creation, Script Writing, Copywriting, SEO, and Digital Marketing services to name a few from our large list of 360-degree advertising services.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
89 percent. Honestly. I wouldn’t lie. 11 percent are those clients who don’t want to invest more money but receive the best quality. That rarely happens. You have to spend money, of course. We try to do our best with the limited budget but then hey, it’s 89 and it’s good.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
20*7. Yes, our WhatsApp chat and email are ON 20 hours out of 24. We are proud of that because the support system gives our clients their faith and belief.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Fixed Cost and Pay per Milestone suits us best.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
The minimum requirement is 999 USD because otherwise, clients think Dad of Ad is a freelancing independent agency without reliability which it is not. We haven’t said NO to 99 USD logo creation but then you know there has to be some mutual collaboration. We do. We have.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
From 999 USD to 7500 USD per month per client.
