First, we had an online meeting in which we told about the goals of our projects. Based on that he showed us his old success projects which we liked and we let him work. They analyzed our website and services and then designed the eCommerce website and also upgraded to Magento 2.4.
There are 3 employees working on our projects! 1 Project Manager Mr. Sumit Yadav, Sr. Magneto Developers & Jr. Designer. Sumit always coordinates with us and tells us everything about our work.
After redesigning our eCommerce website, we have found ease of uploading products, and users are also feeling comfortable in buying uniforms online. We saw a 50% increase in our sales after redesigning our eCommerce web portals.

Create a balance between meetings, one-on-one conferences and electronic communication to accommodate preferences.

Establish a fixed appointment or routine that helps facilitate timely conversation.

It was a challenge for the company to design a website that would meet all our needs and at the same time, it must be compatible with multiple devices. They have done a great job in implementing our requirements and have exceeded our expectations in building a website that was clean, efficient, and effective. The project manager is able to answer all questions and is very responsive. Communication with the team leader is easy and effective because he or she is available by email and phone several times a day. We use GitHub to collaborate on the project, so we leave comments there as well.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The project manager is able to answer all questions and is very responsive.

DigiPrima is that they deliver our project on time with minimum cost.

They have done a great job in implementing our requirements .

DigiPrima has exceeded our expectations in building a website that was clean, efficient, and effective.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

During the start of the project, the network was a big issue for communication but they improved their network.

This has really helped them improve their communication and drive towards success.

The platform is designed as a CRM system to track deal activity for Sellers and create a better presentation of the transaction for the Buyers. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. The owner, Shubhra has wonderful customer service and timeliness on responses. I don't know when she sleeps! Any challenges or glitches that arise are handed promptly and resolved.
