Our company website was created 6 months back & we are starting fresh. So we decided to approach a digital marketing agency in Bangalore. we do not have any in house digital marketing team, so we needed to outsource the entire digital marketing activities to Digitalcrafts.in

We wanted to see our website traffic and a number of orders to be doubled as quickly as possible, and we wanted to increase the number of orders through SEO & shopping campaigns as well. We also did start with social media to create awareness about our online business and for the future we are planning to run facebook & Instagram ads in addition to the shopping campaigns.

Once we selected this vendor, we had a series of meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. The first one month they did the Technical SEO part and also they provided a Keyword Report. After a few interactions and discussions with our Team, we finalized the Keywords and provided feedback. With the overall Seo part going on, they work on different parameters of UI/UX & overall theme of the website making it more user friendly & attractive to the visitors. They also explained to us how all these parameters when combined are effective for boosting search engine rankings.

Within 3 months after we hired Digitalcrafts.in. We saw an increase in orders through organic traffic. We continue to get more orders from PPC campaigns.

Our goal was to acquire more premium customers in India to buy our products for their personal use or for their employees or companies. We needed to increase the customer base & increase quality traffic with Digital Marketing.

We considered several vendors that we found online. They listened to our needs and came prepared with research on our business. Talking to them felt like working with an extension of our team, which was great and led us to choose them.

We had a few kickoff calls and explained our needs. Once we laid out our goals,
DigitalCrafts.in came back to us with plans that would work best specifically for our company. They started working extensively on Google My Business Listings. Generating leads/calls with various off-page activities on GMB listing itself. PPC Campaigns were also executed.

As they did not have any access to leverage the parent website, we had to think out of the box where the activities were entirely concentrated on the digital platforms relevant to Indian markets. They also researched the emerging trend of ergonomics furniture and its competitors. Throughout the process, they were easy to work with. We’ve noticed a great impact from DigitalCrafts.in Services. With every report, we’ve seen a substantial increase in traffic & actions taken including calls to our GMB listing.

I was looking out for an agency to run paid campaigns, Overall SEO & Social media marketing activities. We wanted to build awareness and drive more relevant traffic & conversions to our website through paid campaigns & organic search both. We wanted to improve the overall search engine & keyword rankings.

SEO is a long-game, and it’s never a one-time shot. Despite this, DigitalCrafts was able to help us build best practices, see some really good improvements in keyword performance, as well as expand our keyword scope. Additionally, our conversion rate and social media reach and engagement also improved.

Initially, Digitalcrafts team analyzed our site, highlighted areas where we could improve, and helped adjust our content to align with their SEO strategy. Shopping Campaign performance was also good. They used to optimize the campaigns on a daily basis keeping us informed with the ad spend & performances. They also worked extensively on our website UI/UX in order to improve the overall quality score & making it more user-friendly. I didn't interfere with DigitalCrafts.in approach because I trusted their expertise in this space. I gave them a thorough brief about all-important parameters, and they worked it out accordingly.
