Dualco was founded to react to the growing need for highly competent Native language speakers. Initially in the Customer Service industry, however – the market for highly competent employees who speak a myriad of languages reaches far beyond.
Our bespoke technology, creative pricing models and attention to detail have allowed us to expand into other areas such as back-office, sales, copywriting and translation services, we also act as an HR agency, sourcing language speakers for our clients.
