DBOS is an Australian owned business outsourcing that provides quality and affordable offshore staffing solutions to address the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. As the President and Founder of the company, I educate and introduce the benefits of offshore staffing to other business owners to help their business grow.

The major parameters that we consider for Digital Marketing Strategies are their target market, communication and content plan, digital channels and of course, budget. Once they have a clear strategy in place, we assist them in identifying the right resources to make it happen.

We take pride in our hands-on collaborative approach with our clients. Our main competitive advantage is our focus on a true partnership between our clients, their offshore staff and our team. We ensure that we assist our clients in finding the best talents that would fit their needs and fully engage them to meet the company’s goal and ROI at a reasonable cost. Our strategy has positively resulted to a high retention rate of both our employees and clients.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Our clients are from various industries such as insurance, finance, automotive, retail, agencies, IT and others. 90% of our clients have continuously renewed their contract with us, while some had to end their contract due to project completion.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Majority of our clients have approached us for their contact support and back-office needs. 40% of our staff are agents for customer service, collections, lead generation, appointment setting, and sales. 30% of our workforce are handling administrative jobs like claims, credit assessment, data entry, virtual assistance and others. The other 30% are digital marketing and IT roles such as SEO, content writing, graphic design, and development.
What do you find to be some of the most key factors for running a successful agency in the field of Digital Marketing?
The most critical factor to be successful in the field of Digital Marketing is having the best and right talents for the roles. It is important that the staff are capable, engaged and aligned to implement the strategies and meet the business objectives.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a project?
DBOS provides all-inclusive, transparent fees based on actual costs of salary and services. We understand that most companies prefer fixed monthly fees with no surprise or hidden charges which we consider while billing our clients. Our invoices are simple and easy to understand, so there's no confusion.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients?
We have fixed monthly wage rates for offshore staff and fixed monthly seat and services fee. It is sent 2 weeks before the due date. Methods of payment are through bank wire transfer or credit card.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
The hourly rates start from 15 USD to 25 USD per hour for digital marketing roles. Due to complexity and demand, Digital IT roles such as web developers can go as much as 40 USD per hour.
Name a couple of activities that you think provide the best ROI in terms of benefit/impact when it comes to different areas of Digital Marketing.
Depending on the industry, (Paid Advertising particularly PPC) along with Content Marketing and SEO mostly bring good ROI. But ROI is somewhat tricky to nail down. It could be time or money. So it’s always one of the top things that we discuss with our Digital Marketing clients from the get-go.
