We provided a range of services to one of our clients (a large gold mining company), including consulting in the field of information technology. Management processes in this organization hadn’t been developed for many years and required immediate improvement. One of the solutions that we proposed was to implement one of existing ERP-systems for labor management, financial management, and production process management. Due to the specifics of the client's field of activity, none of the existing systems met all of these requirements and so it was decided to contact CornerCase Nearshoring Labs to develop a new ERP-system.
The main results of ERP-system implementation:
- reduction in the turnover of working capital by 20%;
- decrease in the level of illiquid stocks in the warehouse by 25%;
- total reduction of costs - 20% of annual turnover.
What do you like most about the company?
We really liked the interaction between CornerCase employees. Every employee knew what they had to do. In addition, the development process was so transparent that we could constantly see which development phase was being carried out.
What they should improve on?
CornerCase employees are ardent devotees of a flexible approach to development. In our humble opinion, it would be better to use more rigorous planning methodologies during the development of large projects. Nevertheless, this remark is not of critical importance since everything was successfully carried out in a predetermined timeframe.
