Enlab Software is a software development company specializing in .NET, Xamarin, and Flutter technologies. We focus on custom software development for SMEs and Startups to ensure our clients have high-performing bespoke software solutions and accelerate their business growth.
I am Vinh Tran, the CEO of the company from a very early day.
What is the story behind starting this company?
In 2013, when I was an experienced software developer, I had been bringing a strong passion for building high-class enterprise software along with me for over a decade. Back in the day, I realized the fast-increasing demand for enterprise solutions from businesses around me. It motivated me to build a software lab with all the passionate developers.
Enlab is the abbreviation for Enterprise Lab, where we committed ourselves to master in developing high-performing, secure, and scalable software solutions for our clients. We truly believe that developers with excellence and integrity will bring significant value to a wide range of businesses by delivering software products.
From another angle, Enlab Software is also the lab for our engineers to develop and nurture their careers in this fantastic industry. We design a workplace where people go to work to make a life, not just a living.
What are your company’s business model, in-house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are a fully in-house company. Our skills cover all of a client's needs in developing a software application, spanning from the requirement specification to UI/UX design, and end with product development.
Internally, we focus on hiring and training competent staff since developers mostly decide the quality of software products. We also focus on building a workplace where people are kept momentum for continuous learning via different training, seminars, tech talks, and blogging. You could quickly discover those activities on our blog and social networks.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Firstly, we are on the mission of helping our clients increase their productivity and efficiency via delivering bespoke software solutions. With this in mind, we put a lot of effort into each step to help our clients precisely specify their business demands and transfer them into the software they love.
Secondly, we begin the journey with a free consultation for the technology stack and engagement model. Very often, we go the extra mile to help our clients get more done with paying less. Besides, by focusing on .NET, Xamarin & Flutter technologies we are most experienced with, we can deliver faster than expected.
Thirdly, with the laser focus on building custom enterprise software solutions for many years, it has become our competitive edge to demonstrate our capabilities and convert our clients.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
The industries we typically serve are education, finance, real estate, and hospitality. We also have many clients in different domains, like marketing, recruitment, procurement, or ERP. Most of our clients stay with us very long-term.

We provide full life-cycle web and mobile application development for our clients worldwide. We specialize in custom enterprise applications to help our clients modernize their legacy systems as well as helping startups develop innovative solutions.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We take quality, speed, and flexibility seriously to provide our clients the best outcome for their investment. It‘s exactly the things that help us grow our business over the years. In most of our projects, we follow LEAN or SCRUM to allow maximum flexibility in adapting to changes and emerging clients' requirements. Besides, as a standard, we provide a 3-month guarantee and long-term maintenance and enhancement service. It is a critical part of the journey to launch a software product successfully.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
During project delivery, we use project collaboration tools like Azure Boards, Jira, Trello, or even our own project management tool to facilitate smooth collaboration between our team and clients. With our project management tool, clients can always shoot an email to record as a ticket, and we respond promptly.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Our flexible engagement model allows us to bill our clients by milestones, phases, or months depending on the nature of the projects.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We are flexible in terms of the minimum budget but under $15,000 would not be a reasonable project to us.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Our projects normally range from 20K USD to 500K USD.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
We continue delivering custom enterprise software solutions to our clients worldwide on a larger scale, especially in education, finance, and hospitality.
