Evolve IT-Consulting

With a strong and determined drive for business improvements through technology, Leanne Bonner-Cooke established Evolve-IT Consulting in 2007 and has eventually developed an award-winning business. She was awarded an MBE for Services to Women in Business in 2018 as part of the New Year Honours list.

In the early days after Evolve was born, we were a pure software consultancy advising local UK brands on how to use software to grow their business.

However, in the intervening years, we’ve become much more than a consultancy. Partnering with some of the largest blue-chip organisations in the UK and globally including Seddon, MSD, LaFarge, Mondelez, etc. allowed us to build strong technology expertise internally and learn how to meet and exceed expectations of the most sophisticated clients.

As we grew and became more tech-savvy ourselves, we realised we were ideally placed to help startups and small companies embark successfully on their software development journey, too.

This additional focus helped us win and deliver truly break-through and award-winning startup projects in FinTech such as Hastee Pay, e-bate, Zeux, and others.
