Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
Falcn Lab is a global product development company, consulting, and staffing for Fortune 500 businesses and startups. My name is Michael Lu and I am the Co-Founder & Partner of Falcn Lab with over 10+ years of experience working at big technology companies and several startups.
What is the story behind starting this company?
I worked closely with my former manager Ram, who is the Co-Founder & CTO of E-Health Now, and we saw a gap of talent and the big market for consulting. We realized that many new businesses struggle to get a reliable technology partner who can help them build and scale. We wanted to break the cost barriers on providing the best talent in the industry without losing the quality of the overall product for customers.
What is your company’s business model–in-house team or third-party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have a talented team of engineers located in the NYC and Philadelphia areas. All of our engineers are graduates from top ivy league schools such as MIT, Georgia Institute of Technology, Columbia University, New York University, and more.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Our hardworking, family-oriented culture, and our strive to go above and beyond for our customers are what differentiates us from our competitors. We always put the customer first and work backward on understanding the entire product.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Customer satisfaction means going above and beyond the customer’s expectations and building strong long-term relationships to grow with them together. One of our main steps to meet the customer’s requirements is to listen first, communicate effectively, and document all necessary features a customer needs. We make sure we are always on the same page and deliver high-quality results.
