We have been working with Fidenz for a long time. They are a group of enthusiastic young developers thriving to do their best, driven by a charismatic leader.

They are very reliable when it comes to costing of work and delivering against set time targets, which are very important for us when managing their work remotely.

Two areas that have room to improvement are user interface design (by keeping up with current trends) and quality assurance.
