The company are friendly and apparently helpful and did a decent job of my Wiki page. But when it came to social media verification services, it's been a nightmare with ongoing delays after a huge sum of money paid. And despite being promised a prompt refund, I'm still waiting almost 3 months later... They keep trying to sell me other services too instead of the refund. I've been fairly happy up to now, but at this point I can't recommend them.
What do you like most about the company?
They are friendly and clearly OK at certain things.
What they should improve on?
Providing more definite timelines, processing refunds when requested and not continually deferring.
If a customer requests a refund then process it and don't keep trying to push and upsell other services when the customer has said no thanks.
