We were provided with a personal account manager for the beginning. Afterward, they asked us to provide all the technical and non-technical position requirements, location(from 3 locations Canada, LatAm and Europe, we preferred Europe), etc. It actually made our search a bit more effective. Then we agreed on specific expectations and they started working on our case, each week we had a meet-up to summarize the work done and the results on a weekly basis.
In total, we hired a team of 6 persons: Interim CTO, Web Designer, Full Stack developer, two QA Engineers (Manual and Automation) and Project Manager. Recruiting services were provided in a professional manner.
The candidates' quality was great and we saved a lot of time and money not evaluating the non-relevant ones as we had to do with the other vendors. From my experience, it was the first time someone did this so precisely and effectively."
