Kindly share your feedback on how GoodFirms has been doing so far in increasing your visibility among potential clients.
GoodFirms is a great resource for many top-notch vendors that do their best to successfully cater to a variety of business clients. Keep going!
Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the organization.
My major areas of responsibility nowadays are strategic planning, company transformations, R&D department, operational management, and sometimes - hiring.
What is the story behind starting this company?
We started back in 2013 and were mostly targeted at the clients from CIS.  But the situation with the dollar and the financial markets has changed. After that, we decided to entirely switch to catering to international clients from all over the world. Since 2014, we’ve been successfully transforming from a design agency to an award-winning design & development company. And for the last two years as one of the top software developers all over the world.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
It’s in-house because only this way we may provide top-notch solutions to our clients, control and ensure the quality of the processes & estimate the scope of works on our site, as well as grow our design & development specialists. We’ve got the biggest team of in-house designers – 25 people.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
If you need both a truly beautiful & functional product, that’s what we do. Other similar companies may offer only great functionality products that look OK, no more, no less. But what we do is beautiful highly responsive UX/UI.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We are industry agnostics. We welcome clients from any industry where highly technological digital solutions are expected for business. The majority of our customers are repetitive: they come once and stay forever, which is most of our ratio. We’re still working with some clients that we got back in  2013.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Beautiful UX/UI design, web and mobile app development, sometimes -  outstaffing.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We’re constantly being on the same page with our clients. We’re transparent and responsive.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We offer a retainer agreement.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We don’t work with the fixed budget model. We usually estimate clients’ projects individually with realistic and pessimistic numbers. We put all our assumptions into the estimation, so the client knows all the possible pitfalls on the project’s path.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Each project is estimated individually.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Averagely, projects estimated from 5000$ min to 200 000 $ max in 2020.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
It will be even a bigger and more successful company.
