Unlock Insights is a US-based IT company that offers Robotic Process Analytics and Retail Analytics solutions to Fortune 1000 companies across the globe. It is a part of a company that works closely with the US Government.

Although Unlock Insights caters to Fortune 1000 companies, they did not have a digital presence. The leadership wanted to create a strong presence across different digital channels. Apart from that, they also wanted to use the inbound marketing methodology to generate leads. 

As a HubSpot Silver Agency Partner, Fractional CMO was well-equipped to help Unlock Insights in implementing inbound marketing methodology as well as to create a strong digital presence for them. The team at Fractional CMO created 89 website pages, 70 blogs, and create over 860+ social media postings for them. Fractional CMO enabled Unlock Insights win two projects and five Proof of Concepts within a span of eight months. In addition, we helped Unlock Insights achieve 21 keywords rank on Page 1, generate 234 MQLs, and generate 80 sales leads.

Incorporated in 2008, VBHC is a real estate company based in India that offers good quality homes at a reasonable cost in cities such as Mumbai, Bangalore, NCR, and Chennai.

Despite pumping in a considerable amount of money, the company was finding it difficult to generate genuine sales qualified leads. When VBHC realized that they were quickly exhausting the budget without a good outcome, they decided to hand over the campaign to someone with digital marketing expertise and a proven capability of optimizing the campaign to get the best ROI out of it.

Fractional CMO took over the campaign and audited the entire campaign set up. In the first phase, we identified the irrelevant keywords and removed them from the campaign. We started afresh with a new set of relevant keywords and placements. In the second phase, we added new campaigns and channels to reach out to the buyers where they are.

This two-pronged approach helped VBHC to increase leads by 300% and reduce the CPl by 150%. Fractional CMO generated 8,440 leads, out of which 2,400+ were sales qualified and created 1,300+ leads from Facebook Advertising.

Fractional CMO’s rich pedigree in SaaS marketing was put to use as the team was able to translate strategies into high-performing campaigns.

The team helped Aviso in their HubSpot operations, which included - creating workflows, high-velocity A/B testing program for ads, emails and landing pages, email funnel, and integrating Salesforce with HubSpot to automate their work.
