Serpong Greenview provides apartment rent services in BSD City, South Tangerang. A growing suburban greater area of Jakarta metropolitan. It has been in operations since 2013. It aims to increase apartment rent with organic search campaign.

SEO implementation has been started since last year, with the goals of achieving good searches for apartement rent in BSD, Serpong, South Tangerang. Currently the keywords have been on the first page, however the swings of up and down are still wide. It may take some time to achieve somewhat stabilization of the ranking for this official website. 

This initiative was executed to have good representation of the apartment project on the searches for this new apartment in Cibubur, East Jakarta. Real estate agency is designated to sell the units on first booking first serve.

This new apartment is expected to have strategic values considering its location within Jakarta metropolitan area and close to future LRT Station Cibubur at Cibubur Junction Mall.

The website is optimized for its brandname and variations and branded keywords have achieved top positions on the first page of Google searches in less than 5 months.

This project started in 2016, the idea was to bring brand new website that was much search engine friendly structure and objects (video, images and contextual contents).

The website design and development progressed smoothly within 6 weeks and launched in complete features except for blog contents. Then it was proceeded with SEO implementation. Initially, within first three months didn't show much of an optimized website. It was figured out as Google search engine could have algorithm updates or changes so it affected websites across the internet.

Good progress began to show up almost six months after SEO initiaition. The targetted keywords began to get clicks from search and led to website. Finally the expected keywords began to rank well.
