We were working on a platform for the business of VDS (Virtual Dedicated Servers) renting services. The Globalluxsoft team provided us good development services. They built our system from scratch. The process was well-organized, I got timely feedback on features delivery. Also I liked that they thought about the system from the point of the end user, not just as a technical specialist.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They try to understand larger business goals instead of just following the spec. Consequently, they are very flexible in terms of changes to parts of the specification.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

All of the issues that were there at the beginning of the collaboration on this project have been addressed within one to one and half weeks. The team made sure that the review of our communication process and deliverables was built into onboarding. Nothing major to improve on.
